Colour for Life
A Way of Living and Being

“Colour, by its mere presence, invites the human spirit to flourish and blossom in love,

And each colour, in all its different shapes and forms,

Is a constant reminder that we never walk this path alone.

And that colour, like love, is both the journey and the home.”

Mark Wentworth

For over four decades I have explored the relationship between colour, story and human nature, gradually uncovering what today has become the living philosophy and practice of Colour PsychoDynamics®.

And over that time what I've come to realise is this...

There are specific moments in life when something stirs within us. It often arrives quietly in those unexpected in-between pauses, maybe an early morning, a break between calls, or an extra moment more looking out across the horizon.

A feeling that there is something more. Not more to achieve, prove or acquire, but a longing for more of ourselves... more of who we were born to become. A simple awareness that somewhere along the way, we lost touch with something deeply important.

We all arrive in this world with a treasure chest filled with the most precious jewels. We arrive ready and wanting to share them with the world. It's as though we arrive saying, "Hello... I'm here! Look what I have to share with you."

We soon learn that some of these jewels are welcomed with delight. These we polish regularly and wear proudly. Others, we learn, are a little too bright, a little too sensitive, too bold, too curious, or simply too much for the world around us.

So, little by little, we tuck them away for safekeeping. After a while, we forget where we hid them. And without even realising it, we become experts at burying our own treasure. We then spend the rest of our lives searching for it.

We search in success, relationships, achievements, recognition and trying to fit in, rarely realising that the treasure we have been searching for has been travelling with us all along.

"The tragedy isn't that we buried our treasure.

It's that we forgot where we hid it."

A living world of colour, story and human nature.

Colour PsychoDynamics is a living world where colour archtypes, story and human nature meet. It is a place to explore the hidden patterns that shape how we live, relate and work.

Here, colour, dreams, drama, story and film become a symbolic language through which you begin to see yourself more clearly. In doing so, they invite you into a deeper relationship with yourself, with others, and with the living world around you.

And perhaps, what I've come to realise is this...

In remembering who we are, we often find ourselves letting go of who we believed we needed to be, allowing a life to emerge that feels more natural, more meaningful, and more deeply our own.

"We are not here to become someone else. You are here to become more fully yourself."
